A huge cafe right in the middle of the bustling residential area... which also is home to the local branch of the Jester's Den. Anyone can enter and leave the cafe at will, and as long as you're not straight suspicious you can probably get access to the second floor as well. However the security gets higher the higher you go, and the seventh floor seems reserved exclusively for the leader.

Amagika Park
Amagika park is a huge amusement park on the southern side of Sundial known for its magically enhanced rides and staffed dressed as clowns. It also doubles as a normal park full of trees, plants and stone-filled sidewalks. The house of mirrors, unfortunately, has been hidden beneath an inaccessible fake hill, due to unfortunate circumstances.
