The center of all of Salem's governmental administration activities. The rooms closer to ground-level are used by welfare departments to supply assistance to Mirrorlight citizens who've hit a rough patch, while the upper floors primarily consist of administrative offices.

Eluvian Hub

Likely the most interconnected teleportation point in Salem, this building is packed full of neatly labeled eluvian mirrors and crafted door-like gates. Walking through any of these portals will take the person to another part of Mirrorlight or a different city entirely. There is a small fare to use any of these portals, to help cover the maintenance costs and to help prevent abuse of the system.

Beaivi Hospital

One of the most prestigious hospitals in Salem, which teaches its nurses and doctors in training how to treat ailments both with and without the use of mana. It is most famous, however, for being one of the only hospitals in Salem with a ward dedicated to witches who've lost their familiar.
