A dome shaped building that is between the library and the great tower, with a large, magically enhanced telescope that reveals the secrets of the stars. Only open for visitors on Thursdays and Sundays, and is managed by a slightly fanatic witch with a questionable temper.

A massive complex and the oldest building in all of Sundial, the Library is rumored to have all the knowledge of witchcraft that you’d ever need. However, the building itself seems enchanted, much to the dismay of curious learners, and all the darker arts are impossible to find unless you know your way around the constantly shifting nature of this labyrinth.
