the deathstalker is a scorpion inciting fear in even the bravest of individuals with one of the most lethal venoms in the world at its disposal, and both amirani and rozália are proud of their link to the creature. amirani, finding no identity with any gender, is a larger specimen than its origin form, which tends to average around two inches; amirani is approximately one foot long, barring their stinger, and is inherently menacing in appearance.

while deathstalkers tend to lean toward yellow tones, amirani looks to be coated in ash, an ever-swirling figure of smoke and flame. their shell resembles burning coals, and they are often seen coated in a healthy layer of fire— peculiarly, these flames do not harm rozália or anyone else unless, of course, they wish to harm others. their stinger is permanently alight, though when angered it is the hottest area of their body, taking on a threatening, cerulean-white tint, while the rest of their body erupts into deep, crimson flames.

amirani is a generally silent entity, though their voice is raspy and sharp when they do speak; they tend to stay hidden away from others due to their appearance— not many welcome creatures like them, understandably. when amirani does decide to reveal themselves, usually within the company of people such as rozália or her twin sister aurélia and her familiar, agni, they can be more pleasant and amicable to be around. they are still, of course, rather shy around anyone aside from their witch, who is much livelier than they are, but this isn’t to say they do not have their fair share of similarities.

amirani is just as quick-witted and dangerous as rozália, as well as cutting— they have no qualms with assisting rozália and her sister in their less-than-morally sound endeavors and is just as protective of them as rozália is, a strong trait the two share, though this part of them is strongest when directed toward themselves and then toward aurélia and agni.
