[attr="class","inventoryfambody"]
It only made sense that a tall, lanky girl like Holly would end up with an equally humongous familiar. Of course, most people only meet Saia in his smaller, non-town-destroying size. The clingy squid is often reduced to a meter long at best (including his tentacles), a far cry from his natural 15-meter appearance. Each of his arms and tentacles contains sharp three-pointed hooks that can be folded in or out. His mostly pink skin contains a swirling pattern of purple markings that shift around to a different pattern every day. [break] [break]
The familiar always latches onto Holly as soon as it is summoned and never willingly leaves her side. Whether this is due to a need to be overprotective or a desire to avoid walking on land has yet to be determined. So far laziness seems like the most likely answer; he never really says much to anyone and goes for the shortest route possible in all things. [break] [break]
It’s almost like he wants to crawl back into his dark little corner and avoid being in the bright outside world for too long.

[attr="class","stafftempitem"]Technique: Cloaking Provided they are under a cover of shadows and staying relatively still, the witch can be practically invisible to the naked eye if they so choose. They can probably get away with running a bit, but they ought to be careful of the light, and users of NIGHT VISION, WITCH’S INTUITION, etc. |
[attr="class","stafftempitem"]Technique: Solidify Shadows The witch can now solidify and manipulate their own shadow, creating whip-like projections to attack the enemy. However the range and strength of these shadows depend on the strength of a witch, so fledglings might not be able to do much... |
[attr="class","stafftempitem"]Creation This allows the witch to create a smog or cover of darkness. The range, radius and thickness of this darkness depend on the skill of a witch, so fledglings may be unable to do much… |

[attr="class","stafftempitem"]UMBRELLA RIBBON Repel and elemental threads have their place, but how can they be made more effective? The Umbrella Ribbon was one result of this line of thought. Combining water elemental thread and repel thread, the weaver creates a ribbon that prevents whatever it is tied into from becoming damp or wet. Useful for hair that gets destroyed by humidity! |
[attr="class","stafftempitem"]WEAVING - STRANGLE SCARF[break] A spurned lover channeled their love into the thread used to create a final gift. After all, the object of their affection could never escape their loving grasp. The Strangle Scarf is used to demonstrate to weavers why they need to be careful in what they create, no matter how practiced they are. The idea is simple: take the idea of a clingy piece of fabric or a magically snug piece of clothing and remove all the safeguards on the item so that it continues to constrict. Depending on the durability of the scarf, the target could cut the scarf off with ease, or have to take more drastic measures. |
[attr="class","stafftempitem"] STARING AT A DRYING WALL: BLACK HENNA[break] A short collection of recipes for mana-imbued paints and inks for different uses. Because of the hybrid nature of the recipes within, it is recommended that only experienced witches attempt to create animated works of art with them. Black henna is one of the safest and most popular inks used for tattoos. Using this, a weaver may created animated works of art or animated signals/ books. The ink, however, remains two dimensional. |

[attr="class","stafftempitem"]Golden Bell A small, golden bell that appears to have been taken from a fool’s cap. This object was given upon being accepted into Jester's Den. Though it seems like a simple keepsake, this item will serve as your character’s lifeline in the face of imminent peril. When the bearer’s mana reaches critical levels, all items made similarly will begin to glow as a mass signal is sent to witches of your coven, allowing them to come to your aid should anything happen. May be used once to escape death. |
