rosaline is taller than the average member of her species even within city walls- she stands at 4 feet and 6 inches at the shoulder and when, in the summer, her antler is at its tallest, she is a few good inches above five feet.[break][break]

rosaline's textures tend to change with the season: during the spring her fur is light brownish pink with darker stripes. dark pink blossom grow out of her softer, velvelty antlers. eventually the flowers fall off and the buds give way for what look like thin, fragile vines that lace her hardened summer antlers. her coat is brown with white spots, and mixes to form a dark brown-green at her hooves. during the autumn, her antlers are undecorated and her coat is dark with a white underbelly. finally in the winter, her antlers have wholly disappeared and her coat is a brownish black. however, her hooves are stark white and the white seems to billow out in odd wisps--

suffice it to say, the simple changing from one pattern to the next makes rose's appearance slightly different almost every day.

in a similar fashion, her personality is quite layered and deeply conflicted. at a glance, Rosaline is rather silent-- many are often unnerved because of her trailing, light steel-blue eyes. this is only an aspect of her front as the gracious and invulnerable familiar of the prodigy-- she's like a statue with smokey eyes. beneath that, she is coy and rather mischievous, but maintains a highly subtle aura of superiority. she is actually quite the taskmaster and, if human, would probably suit the role of the quiet CEO.
