There is sense of strength that radiates from the name Pelagius Castor, a force that threatens release and a presence that holds little regard to the chaos that would lie within its wake. The familiar, Sigi, exudes a sense of pride and strength, holding little restraint to displaying their own strength; dark frenzied waters awaiting to tear into unsuspecting victims that fall within their grasp. The shark is an unyielding force to be reckoned with and holds little care when reigning their overbearing personality back, often resulting in the occasional argument with their witch. Yet, despite heated moments, the two willingly indulge in one another’s presence. [break][break]
While the two do not meet an agreement on most terms, Reine does find some comfort within her familiar; one that allowed her to find peace of mind during her troubled years. A voice within the back of her mind that guided her out from the hole she digged herself and despite Sigi refusing credit to the feat, Reine is somewhat grateful for the reef shark– the foundation that allowed her to grow into who she is. [break][break]
The familiar maintains a rather similar appearance to their true animal counterpart, the upper portion of their body colored with a rather dark slate grey that carefully transitions into a stark colored white. While the appearance may appear mundane in the presence of outlandish familiars, the simplicity of their looks is appealing when matched with the shifting silver tones of their eyes; unique and mesmerizing– strong and unyielding. However, despite the maintained look, their length is a stark contrast to their counterpart and measures roughly nine feet in length in comparison to the average six feet in length. Sigi, due to their stature, maintains a decent powerful standing within the water and holds the potential to carry the minimum weight of two witches.

[attr="class","stafftempitem"]TECHNIQUE: CREATION The most simple of techniques, creation is the ability to create water. This enables the witch and the familiar to create balls of water to lob at the enemy. This technique grows in strength and speed with the witch, meaning a fledgling might not be able to do much…. |
[attr="class","stafftempitem"]TECHNIQUE: PILLAR After a moment’s delay (and deliberate visualisation for novice witches), a shooting pillar of water blasts out of a given surface. The force and amount of water generated are decided by a witch’s rank. |

[attr="class","stafftempitem"]SPELLSINGING: BANSHEE SCREECH A spirit whose keening is said to herald the death of a family member was the inspiration for this chilling shriek of noise. The main aim of the noise is to instill fear, though experienced spellsingers can use it to cause physical damage to the targets eardrums too. The spell uses an instrument or the spellsinger's voice to produce a high pitched sound. The mana infused in the sound causes an intense, short lived fear and thought that someone is going to die. Rash use can result in injuring the spellsinger's voice or instrument. |
[attr="class","stafftempitem"]SPELLSINGING: SHATTERGLASS #1[break] This is a series of scrolls regarding a more offensive use for spellsinging, the first scroll of which is its namesake. By taking in a deep breath and singing at the frequency described, a witch can force nearby glass to shatter rather dramatically. |

[attr="class","stafftempitem"]VOID RING A simple, blank ring whose inside reads Si vis pacem, para bellum. This object was given upon being accepted into coven Leviathan. Though it seems like a simple keepsake, this item will serve as your character’s lifeline in the face of imminent peril. When the bearer’s mana reaches critical levels, all items made similarly will begin to glow as a mass signal is sent to witches of your coven, allowing them to come to your aid should anything happen. May be used once to escape death. |
