• Like most witches Dalton was born in Sundial. The young man's the oldest of three siblings, having two younger sisters ages 17 and 14, named Lyssa and Nora. 
• The kid's parents made a pretty decent living, sure they weren't filthy rich or anything like that but the kids never went to bed hungry, always had the proper clothing they needed and what not. All of the family's money came from the affinity his mother and father shared as their first affinity, which was alchemy. 
• Opening up a shop in Sundial city while his mother was pregnant with Dalton the recently wed husband and wife would sell of the different potions and brews they cooked up to the people of Sundial. All together the shop did pretty well, well enough to support a family of five at least.
• His secondary affinity was the only magical prowess that Dalton had gained from his parents, which of course was Alchemy. Out of the rest of his family Dalton is as of yet the only one who hasn't inherited the same element as his parents. While he does have acces to heir affinity in the form of his secondary affinity he developed the ice element instead of light like his parents.
• From an extremely young age Dalton already had his mind set on exactly which coven he'd attempt to join. That coven being the Helios Knights. Despite what he believed to just be rumors about the rich and powerful members of the coven who slung their influence around to get what they wanted the boy always respected the kinds of missions the coven took on. He wanted to use his magic for good, to protect the people of sundial, in his mind the Helios Knights were a perfect fit.
