☂ percy, an only child, grew up to human parents. or rather, retired witches and wizards. his father was once a helios knight, his mother leviathan. the two met during a raid, and everything is history. by the time the two became novices, his mother was already expecting percy. his parents were at a crossroads then--either stay as witches or retire from the covens. the helios knights do not know that one of their witches had a relationship with a leviathan. the leviathans, on the other hand, knew of the relationship and were the ones to offer the two options. they chose the latter. when asked why exactly did they retire even though they're still ripe, the two simply said, "we'd rather build a family than fight each other because of our covens."[break][break]
☂ this was odd to percy and secretly he regrets the option his parents chose. he was jealous of his friends with parents acolytes or even masters. he did not have anything to brag, and it frustrated him. it was his childhood dream to zoom through the ranks, and perhaps, do what his parents failed to do. his parents weren't against nor supportive of his decision, and percy appreciated that. that means he gets to do what he wants with little intervention from his family.[break][break]
☂ childhood friends of percy would note that he is a ladies man. girls were always swooning over him. however it is not only girls, but boys, too *wink wink c;* his words were sweet, yet it was of truth. he always see the beauty of everyone, and made sure to speak of it. there were some--most, percy wouldn't just admit it--that generally would find him plain annoying. his sentences are flowery, he says so much that would eventually just boil down to one point. but he is never offended. in fact, he would continue annoying them until his presence generates "ughs" and "here we go again" and "how about you make your point here and now grayreme."[break][break]
☂ percy sticks around, though. his loyalty is not to be underestimated. once percy trusts you and makes you his friend, he will always be there when you need him. he'll pretty much jump in the way of a spell just to protect you. this is not surprising, considering he is a son of a helios knight and a leviathan--you've got a tenacity of the sun warriors and the loyalty of the sea giant. [break][break]
☂ by the age of eighteen percy was giddy to enter the world of witchcraft. he received basic training from his parents, and he was confident he would ace anything presented in front of him. he was advised to join leviathan, and he did, seeing it is the coven fit for his personality. percy left with a warning from his parents. "if you were to pursue a full-fledged witching career, be careful. you may find yourself sacrificing things you could never give up."
