this is Salem, a land filled with magic and maladies. It is a place where witches and their elemental familiars gather, a home to legend and
lore that predates time itself. Yet of all the wicked and wonderful stories the past can tell us of, the most magical are the ones yet to happen.
This is Salem - this is the start of your very own journey. Welcome to starfall
Starfall is an animaga witch roleplay set in mostly modern times. Members play as witches in a world plagued by monsters, where the only safe spots are walled cities. Starfall strives to be a character-driven roleplay with expansive lore and a highly interactive plotline. We want to allow members to
create and look back on a magical journey, and mold the site and its plot as their characters grow.

[attr="class","salvatore"]... Yeah, of course she would. Cain sighed at her revelation to Loraina's words about him, not really sure why he had been expecting anything else. She hated him with a passion, of course. He hadn't been a good memory to her, and he doubted it would change over the years, considering what he'd done. Hell, it'd be even more shocking if she had said some nice things about him, if he could be honest. Whatever the case, the question had been answered, and Cain simply sighed in reaction to it, before drinking down his sorrow with the beer. However, if anything, Loraina was as sharp as ever, figuring things out even before Cain had told her of such. She had grown into such a woman, hadn't she? Cain looked down at his drink for a moment, before giving a slow nod of his head.
"It would have been easier if you had hated me out of spite, Val," he started, tilting his head. An amused scoff escaped his lips as those words were said, knowing that it was perhaps rather blunt, but he had to tell it to her sometime, right? "How am I supposed to cut all ties with the family if one of them still insists in looking for me?" Cain chuckled, as if amused by the irony of it all. Despite his efforts - difficult efforts, at that - in driving Valencia to dislike him as well, it seemed that it only spurred her feelings for him more.
"Not that I don't appreciate it. It's just..." Cain sighed, shaking his head, evidently in turmoil about the entire situation, more than how he had let himself to be in the beginning. "Difficult now." He raised his chin, giving a soft smile. "You know he'll come for me in the end, sooner or later?" he asked. He hadn't made it clear which 'he' he was talking about, be it their father or Richard, but either one of which Valencia thought of, Cain saw no mistakes. Either one of them could come for him at any time, and either one of them would easily erase him from existence for the sake of the family's honor, and its preservation.
