vali is a malayan tiger with dark orange fur and pitch black lines to match. he stands at three feet tall, but from head to tail, is about eight feet in length. with sharp teeth and claws to match, vali's appearance matches his personality--wild, hot-tempered, and aggressive.

contrary to what many people believe, cassidy doesn't not have total control over vali--she'd met him at a far younger age than normal. he'd only told her his real name once, and since then, she's forgotten. without his real name, she has trouble controlling him when he's being rebellious.

despite that, he does care for his witch. they share a mutual understanding that one cannot exist without the other, and otherwise get along decently. he's fairly polite to strangers, although it's easy to get on his bad side.

he has a taste for jewelry, and often materializes with sets of armor on his body and golden jewelry on his face. these are not used for anymore than aesthetics, however.
