thistle is a norwegian forest cat with a woodsy brown and cream-colored coat; tabby markings color his face with the predominant cream. perhaps the most impressive feature of the cat are his almond eyes, colored a brilliant forest green, and framed by darker russet fur. like most norwegian forest cats, he has a long, sturdy body, a proud chin, and tufted ears. his ears are slightly larger than normal and usually when he manifests, three hooped piercings are visible in his right ear.

he is a nice complement to briar's personality, and the two rarely butt heads. with as quiet a soul as briar's, though not nearly as humble, he tends to prefer to manifest in less crowded areas unless his witch absolutely needs his presence. he may come off as lazy with the constant calm demeanor he carries about him, but he's more calculated than most and makes all decisions with care.

given that his affinity is light, he tends to make his presence known more often at night when briar needs him most. at will, he can emit a soft glow from his paws and tends to do so often.
