Starfall is an animaga witch roleplay set in mostly modern times. Members play as witches in a world plagued by monsters, where the only safe spots are walled cities. Starfall strives to be a character-driven roleplay with expansive lore and a highly interactive plotline. We want to allow members to
create and look back on a magical journey, and mold the site and its plot as their characters grow.
001. In order to store techniques, scrolls and miscellaneous items, inventories are mandatory and must be kept up to date by the member. Once an inventory is created with their familiar's information filled in, staff will approve it and give your character their first few spells. (Post in the regular staff notif thread when ready for approval). You will not be able to purchase anything or receive event rewards without an inventory. [break][break] 002. Only five non-technique items (or more, with character progression) can be used by a witch in any given thread. In missions, events and raids, these items must be tracked in the notes of posts as they are used. This max of five may be referred to "item slots" or "spell slots", though they can be used for non-spell items as well. [break][break] 003. A witch's elemental magic (familiar magic) does not consume any item slots, and all such techniques can be utilized as long as the familiar is materialized and there are no environmental effects restricting such magic. [break][break] 004. Items may be traded or sold to the marketplace for AP or gold. Items may also be bought or created using AP or gold from the same. [break][break] 005. If there are a lot of staff posts in your inventory, you can get it cleaned my requesting it in the staff notif. Hiding inventory contents is strictly prohibited. [break][break] 006. Please link your inventory in your account miniprofile. [break][break] 007. You will get a second affinity when you rank up to novice rank. All "SecondaryAffinity" sections should either be removed or left empty for now. [break][break] 008. witches may now specialize! if there's a specific area (say, voodoo or human enchantment for enchanters, or maybe self-transfiguration for transfiguration experts, or offensive spellsinging as opposed to supportive-- the possibilities are endless) that you want to specialize in, replace the "NON-SPECIALIST" subtitle in your inventory and staff will be happy to tailor rewards to that area.
