this is Salem, a land filled with magic and maladies. It is a place where witches and their elemental familiars gather, a home to legend and
lore that predates time itself. Yet of all the wicked and wonderful stories the past can tell us of, the most magical are the ones yet to happen.
This is Salem - this is the start of your very own journey. Welcome to starfall
Starfall is an animaga witch roleplay set in mostly modern times. Members play as witches in a world plagued by monsters, where the only safe spots are walled cities. Starfall strives to be a character-driven roleplay with expansive lore and a highly interactive plotline. We want to allow members to
create and look back on a magical journey, and mold the site and its plot as their characters grow.
Downtown Sundial wasn't exactly the most glamorous. It was well, sleazy. Much like the witch that knew this area like the back of his hand. Buddy had wanted something to snack on and honestly - it's hard to say no to his little face.
The familiar was in Aaron's arm, happily munching on an apple that his with swiped. Normally Buddy disaproved of this behaviour, but he was currently busy devouring the fruit. It was late meaning that anyone who had any sense was already home.
Which Aaron was planning on doing until he saw someone who looked absolutely lost. He had the look of some tourist who ended up in the wrong part of town. Which could've been the case, he didn't look like he didn't belong here. And it looked like others noticed as well. Aaron had heard of a group of witches that mugged anyone that walked alone at this hour. Normally Aaron would've ignored it, but Buddy insisted they helped.
"Hey dude!" he called out, approaching the stranger. "Long tine no see!"
Aaron was sure to be loud enough so they muggers could here. Once he was close enough so the other could hear him. "This isn't a good time to be walking by yourself at this time. Not a lot of good people around."
Buddy smiled happily at the stranger. The chubby red panda pointed to the group of thugs who stopped in their tracks. Probably thinking if they can take on two of them.

So....Perseus wasn't the smartest of witches at times. It really wasn't his fault, but he listened to Cassi a lot and spoiled her and didn't listen to Gabriella enough. So when Gabriella said "stay right here" but Cassi tugged his sweater and wanted to "go over there" .....he was at an impasse. The little sugar glider was now asleep on top of his head in his mess of blond hair, and he was lost. Hopelessly lost. A dejected expression sat on his face, and while he'd been in this city for years the only time he'd been in this part of the city even remotely before....
Was with Nadia.
Gritting his teeth he sucked in a breath and pressed the heels of his hands into his eyes, but pulled them away as he heard footsteps approaching him. He blinked the spots out of his eyes and looked over the handsome stranger, turning pink and cursing to himself silently.
Seriously, stop checking guys out before you get their names. It's not attractive.
"What?"
A very intelligent reply. Not a lot of good people? Percy at least had the decency to only use his eyes to briefly follow the panda's line of sight to the unruly characters.
Then some sort of switch seemed to flip inside of him.
"Well we should get you to safety then shouldn't we?"
He tossed the cute stranger a lopsided smile and transferred Cassi from his head to one of his pockets for safekeeping.
Now that Aaron had a better look at the stranger he realised how cute he was. Very cute. Maybe if their situation was different Aaron would have flirted with him. Even Aaron knew that if a guy in downtown sundial with the roundest red panda in his arms hitting on you would drive anyone with a lick of sense away.
Once he escorted the blond cutie he’d be able to catch his name. He was definitely not a Silvertongue - he still seemed to have a gleam of hope in his eyes. No way in hell a Helios Knight would be caught here. Probably a Jester.
He was pulled out of his thoughts when the stranger offered to help him. These streets practically raised him and Aaron was fairly positive he didn’t look like he needed help. Still, that smile and gleam in the blond’s eye got his attention.
“Oh?” he asked cocking his eyebrows and smiling slightly. “Trust me, I can handle myself just fine don’t you worry. I’m more worried about you. So where were you planning on going, maybe I can walk you there.”
The thugs seemed to have lost interest and were going to crawl back to wherever they came from. “I’m Aaron by the way.”

Admittedly, Percy frowned. He wasn't planning on being denied really and now the wind was kind of...blown from his sails. He crossed his arms and leaned all his weight on one leg as he glanced around, trying to determine where he was heading. He pursed his lips and tapped his foot, anything to distract himself from the pretty guy in front of him.
"Admittedly.... Cassiopeia got us lost. My uh.... mi madre is somewhere but she's uh....went into some store. We aren't sure which one so... lost. We're kind of lost if it wasn't obvious. Soy realmente estúpido, no voy a mentir."
He grinned nervously at Aaron, who'd just introduced himself, but perked up at the mention of names. He contained his excitement though as he jostled Cassi, and the offended familiar prodded him sharply. He shoved out his hand with an eager smile, almost like a puppy.
"Perseus. You can call me Percy. I'm a Helios Knight. Though I just joined so I haven't gotten very far yet, but I plan to be the best hero I can be!"
