this is Salem, a land filled with magic and maladies. It is a place where witches and their elemental familiars gather, a home to legend and
lore that predates time itself. Yet of all the wicked and wonderful stories the past can tell us of, the most magical are the ones yet to happen.
This is Salem - this is the start of your very own journey. Welcome to starfall
Starfall is an animaga witch roleplay set in mostly modern times. Members play as witches in a world plagued by monsters, where the only safe spots are walled cities. Starfall strives to be a character-driven roleplay with expansive lore and a highly interactive plotline. We want to allow members to
create and look back on a magical journey, and mold the site and its plot as their characters grow.
"What?" Tony stared at Percy in confusion, wondering what on earth was funny about what he said. Glancing at the swan in the water, he was relieved to see it covering up its face with its wings in a show of embarrassment. At least he wasn't alone in this.
Shaking his head, the two of them met up to look at the coin that Percy had tossed his way. While Tony had a good feeling that this was the coin they needed to look for, he wanted to have another set of eyes check it as well. Just in case. It helped that Percy actually had the mission notes in his possession.
So when Percy confirmed that they really had succeeded, Tony laughed. He even took a moment to compare the object to the one on the photo, and agreed that the uniqueness of the coin was the same. "Awesome! It's finally over!" Approaching the other man, he was about to sling an arm over his shoulder when he took note of the other's depressingly soaked state and faltered, settling with a playful punch on his arm. "Didn't I tell you? We did it! And it didn't even take us that long."
"Though we did make a big mess out of this place..." With his hand stretched out towards his pile of coins, he began to lift them all up and plop them back into the fountain with a splash. Returning the coins was a lot easier and faster than picking them out. He even cleaned up Percy's side, since he was the one who really found the coin for them both.
Once all the coins were back in their proper places, Tony looked back at Percy with a grin. "Good job man! We should do more missions together."

"Yes. Oh heavens. I can't believe it. Money!" The horizon where his due is supposed to be seems much easier to reach now. It's true. You'll find a lost item when you're not looking for it. Percy gingerly put the coin in his pocket after Tony looks at it for a third verification.
While Tony spends a short while hauling back coins, Percy gets out of the fountain and rushes to the bathroom. There he squeezes out the water out from his shirt and pants, then rinsed off as well. He knows it's not allowed to actually take a bath, but hey, he needs it. He is chased off by the caretaker and he reaches Tony again, panting, but otherwise with wet but not dripping clothes. He got back just in time.
"Of course! I'm sure time will come when we both will take another mission again. Or maybe we can get in contact through SMS. Excuse my sloppiness before, though. I'm just really worried about my rent. Apparently I'm rubbish at budgeting," he admitted rather sheepishly. "I'm on my own for just a year and I'm already broke."
Seraph, who is already back at the familiar world, chides him to quit complaining and just get his stuff done. Percy only frowns as a reaction to her.
Soon they'll part ways. Everything is set and done, but somehow, Percy feels unease.
"Oh, and before we part!" the Leviathan exclaims, remembering just now. "You promised to teach me that nifty magnet trick." He grins, then, hopeful eyes at the older male.

percival grayreme I edited my post because I'm a dum dum who thought SMS means text messaging. Whoops!
Percy's enthusiasm for money was even bigger than his, much to Tony's surprise. He would never shout out money! just because he got some. Unless it was a really big amount. Like millions. Or billions. With that sum he'd probably jump into it and just sniff the wonderful, fresh scent of money.
A dryer, much neater looking Percy returned just as he was suggesting they take on another mission together in the future. When the other suggested using SMS, Tony blinked. "SMS? Uh...well," Sheepishly, he scratched the back of his head. He didn't really want to give away his family's address to anyone. Apart from safety measures, anyone who learned where he lived would immediately know what kind of life he lived.
"Sure. I'm in the Silvertongue coven, so you can just send any messages there." And if it turned out Percy didn't want to hang around with him anymore because of his affiliation, then that was a loss he was willing to take.
He was more than happy to latch onto this new topic of Percy's financial state instead of thinking about his own financial situation. In hurried steps, Tony moved closer to wrap an arm around Percy.
"Hold on there buddy. We can cash in on the mission together. I've still got plenty to talk to you about! Like offering you some lessons on budgeting." Grinning, he pressed a thumb to his chest. "You're talking to someone who's an expert on family budgets. I can't just ignore your plight when I know I can help out!"

"So I can just send it to the coven, addressed particularly to you. I hope the pigeons sort it real quick!" It's common courtesy to give the same type of information the other person gives to you, but even though Percy does not really care about affiliation, he will not be spilling the name of his coven anytime now. So instead he gives Tony the address of his apartment. "It's just down the block, that's why I arrived pretty early here. If you ever get back to this area you should definitely visit my homely lil apartment! Hopefully I'll have something to feed you."
Percy comically almost tears up at Tony's kindest offer. It's exactly what he needs! Percy nods vigorously, looking up to Tony with back slightly bent from the weight of Tony's arms. "Yes, please! Tony you're a lifesaver! Teach me your ways!" he says quickly, with the attentive tone of a good, curious student. "I would appreciate it if I can stop running out of money."
The duo continues walking with a somewhat slow pace to the house of the Lafayes, the requester. Since this is a direct request, their cash would be delivered to them directly by their covens once Missus Lafaye confirmed that her coin is safely retrieved.
"What should I do?" Percy whines, not exactly sad but more of exaggerating. "Maybe I should sell all those things I bought from that antique shop... what's the use of the decors if I don't have money to eat?"

percival grayreme We're good here, so you can end the mission with your next post or we can submit this as complete already
Tony nodded, smiling at the other's enthusiasm. He'll have to remember to check for messages whenever he went to the coven so he wouldn't miss anything from Percy. How fortunate for him that the other didn't seem to mind that he was a Silvertongue member. Then he nodded as Percy gave him his address in return, putting it into memory so he wouldn't forget - and asking Loki to remember it for him as well.
"I'll hold you to that!" Free food was always a welcome reprieve so Tony was no doubt going to take advantage of the other's generosity whenever he had the chance. That is, assuming the other could actually get past his financial struggles.
He followed Percy, walking by his side as they went to the house of their client. Loki was back around his neck, dozing off as usual, but shook his head as he caught sight of a coin that Tony had picked up. It was the same enchanted coin that electrocuted him earlier.
With dexterous fingers he rolled it across his hand and back idly, only to freeze as he listened to Percy's woes. "Hold up. What do you mean 'things from that antique shop'? Percy, don't tell me..." There was no need for the other to respond as Tony shook his head and sighed.
"It's worse than I thought." He slipped an arm around the other's shoulders and pocketed the coin. "Okay. First and foremost, the most important thing you should remember is never, ever buy anything that you don't need to survive."
"Once we're done with this mission, we're going to your house! I'm going to see what your living conditions are exactly, and tell you what excesses you're going to have to get rid of. Hop to it man!" He began dragging Percy along, urging him faster to their destination.

The young man laughs a little too broken. Quickly Percy tries to remember if he even has anything in his house. Then he remembers that half-eaten cake and leftover pasta in the fridge. I mean, he just have to heat the pasta, sprinkle some sauce and it's good, right? He did the groceries days prior, but he's not very confident at what he managed to bring home. But the most important thing is that he has something food for Tony.
Percy dreads the next words that would come out of his companion's mouth. Yet it's the truth, and he has to accept it. Percy just nods, and the rest of the walk is silent except for a few trinkets between the two. Miss Lafaye's house isn't too far from the park, and soon enough the duo has her thanking them after verifying it's the coin she wanted retrieved.
Turns out Miss Lafaye is a pretty generous woman. After she confirms the success of the mission to their covens, she gives them each a small basket full of fruits, as well as a small bag of groceries. Percy almost wants to decline, but the kind woman shoves it into their arms and sends them off.
With a little bonus, Percy sets out to his apartment. "All right, here goes nothing. I hope my apartment would not be too empty though..."
