this is Salem, a land filled with magic and maladies. It is a place where witches and their elemental familiars gather, a home to legend and
lore that predates time itself. Yet of all the wicked and wonderful stories the past can tell us of, the most magical are the ones yet to happen.
This is Salem - this is the start of your very own journey. Welcome to starfall
Starfall is an animaga witch roleplay set in mostly modern times. Members play as witches in a world plagued by monsters, where the only safe spots are walled cities. Starfall strives to be a character-driven roleplay with expansive lore and a highly interactive plotline. We want to allow members to
create and look back on a magical journey, and mold the site and its plot as their characters grow.

It didn't take Tony much to talk to his family and convince them to help out with his plan. Mostly they just needed to act like they always do, and keep their knowledge a secret. They didn't exactly deliberately damage their home, that would be crazy. But a lot of the work that would've normally been fixed quickly were set aside, piling up until there was a list that needed to be done and not enough time to finish them all immediately.
That was when Tony sought out Cain, asking for his help. His father would be busy working, and he couldn't let his mother do all the work. With a promise to pay Cain for his effort in helping, he managed to convince the other to come visit for some household chores and fixing up.
He gave Cain the address to his home, and found to his surprise that they lived in the same apartment. Seemed like even the fates were working with them to make this happen.
Most everyone was out this morning, either working or at school. Tony deliberately chose a time when things weren't too overwhelming in his home. He didn't want to scare Cain away with how chaotic his family could be when they're all gathered together. That'll come eventually.
With his mom in the kitchen and both Cain and himself in the main room that contained everything else his family had, Tony looked through the list of things they needed to work on. "So we need to fix the broken bed in our bedroom - the legs are kind of wobbly and we usually have spares ready to just attach them on. Fix the plumbing - that's going to be awful to do. And add new boards up on the ceiling. The wood is rotting and it's starting to leak water in when it rains heavily."
"We should probably start with the easiest one." Tony stuffed the note in his pocket as he spoke to Cain. "Our bed's pretty big, but it's not hard to fix compared to the others."
