this is Salem, a land filled with magic and maladies. It is a place where witches and their elemental familiars gather, a home to legend and
lore that predates time itself. Yet of all the wicked and wonderful stories the past can tell us of, the most magical are the ones yet to happen.
This is Salem - this is the start of your very own journey. Welcome to starfall
Starfall is an animaga witch roleplay set in mostly modern times. Members play as witches in a world plagued by monsters, where the only safe spots are walled cities. Starfall strives to be a character-driven roleplay with expansive lore and a highly interactive plotline. We want to allow members to
create and look back on a magical journey, and mold the site and its plot as their characters grow.
Rufus huffed and gave their witch an annoyed glance. Flynn's legs kicked as he laid back against the floor of the carriage. He'd asked the same question for the last three hours and it was beginning to grate her nerves. However, she could see the downward turn of his lips and the way his hands were interlocked on his stomach, his knuckles were turning white. Or at least whiter than they normally were. She sighed, remembering that she should've tried to help him get more time out in the sun if possible.
But the first step was passing through this hurdle.
The carriage came to a shuddering halt and Flynn perked up almost immediately before she could say anything. And maybe he remembered. The density of trees, the dirt paths, the smell and sounds, never what it looked like. But what it felt like and what it sounded like. He pulled his pack onto his shoulder and hopped off the carriage, giving his thanks to the driver and making his way into Eclipse Town.
Rufus was settled on his shoulder but she couldn't help peering around and then looking to his face. They'd traveled for a few hours and it was already afternoon. There weren't many lamps and the lighting was low so he could see where the shadows bent. But the grip that he had on his bag and the downward turn of his lips hadn't changed.
We're back, Flynn.
Yeah. Welcome home Rufus.
The pair continued into the town but something felt off. Flynn came to a halt and glanced around before scratching the back of his neck.
