Gryffin is a powerful witch and talented cook who unfortunately has been told most of his life that he is a disappointment and freak. He is highly self critical and has issues with his self esteem. All of this self hate is hidden behind a facade of narcissism and false confidence.[break][break]
He was "rescued" by Silvertongue members who sought to take the wonder child of Leviathan and Helios Knight bloodlines. They soon found out the child of prophecy did not possess unbelievable power. He was just some freak that knew how to cook. Disappointed, he was sent to the kitchen with the other less than favored members and spent most of his adolescence cooking and serving the Silvertongue coven. It was only recently that Gryff was given permission to go out on missions.[break][break]
He has a thick french accent due to his caretaker being french and teaching him it as his first language. In fact, Gryffin didn't learn English until the Silvertongue "found" him. He is also weirdly into the 1950s greasers fashion trends and tends to dress like one. As mentioned earlier, he is an incredible cook and has taken part of many cooking challenges and competitions. Looks can kill, or at the very least disgust. As stated later in this plotter and in his application, Gryffin was born with a rare physical deformity (courtesy of a curse). His skin is a corpse like gray, eyes yellow as piss, huge horns stick out of his head, and he has FINS & GILLS. Most people tend to stay away from him if they can... Unless he uses his magic to alter is appearance, but that can only last so long. ((think of usual homestuck troll cronus when talking about the "deformity" and human!cronus when he uses his magic.))[break][break]

Couple this with his inability to trust people and own tendencies to lie about anything and EVERYTHING, Gryffin can make for one difficult person to befriend.
