She is excitable and chatty, and although surely every other sentence is meant to demean you she’s very good at talking and especially so if it’s something she’s interested in. [break][break] On the inside, Chanel is confused. She doesn’t know how to feel towards her family for whom she has no respect, nor towards others whom she has no trust nor any hope for, and little of all in herself whom she sometimes wishes did not exist. [break][break] She’s also a royal bitch and knows she she couldn’t go a day without her parents’ money. She’s not shy about using it on whatever she wants, and she knows how to have a good time. And she’s very good and having a good time because she’s gotten used to ignoring her problems in favor of poking fun at someone else’s. [break] [attr="class","personsec2"] FRIENDS [attr="class","persondetails"] Yes, no, maybe, kind of? Chanel doesn’t see many if any as equals. She was raised not to and so she doesn’t- it’s hard to get her to think of you as anything more than just time pass. She has acquaintences in spades and talks to them all amiably and goes on little ventures to the Starshow or even the library with them. She even parties hard and has a great time with people. This usually doesn’t go to those outside her coven or class, but it may apply if you try and if she’s in a good mood. [break][break] Despite whatever friendship you think has formed, Chanel doesn’t really talk about herself. No one is allowed to visit her laboratory except her and her closest friends, so you might be able to use that as a marker of whether she trusts you or not. Chanel likes to think she doesn’t have any opposition because she tends to steamroll over whoever gets in her way. She likes stepping all over people and insulting them for good fun, but when you try to bite back Chanel has surprisingly thick skin. She’s amazingly desensitized to the opinions of others, and though she dislikes (and even loathes) people, she does not show open hatred. [break][break] She’s a tough opponent, but it’s likely because she makes an opponent of everyone and so she’s used to the game. The rich hate her, the poor hate her even more. She’s an outcast everywhere she goes but she’s used to her inborn invulnerability and the support of her squad. Beneath that, she’s likely a little more fragile, but who knows how far her fangs run? She prefers getting drunk to getting in bed with someone, but flings have likely happened. She’s a lot of baggage, but she’s willing to carry yours and hers and the same time. She would rather die than confess first, though.
