my family is full of dumb boys
Sometimes I wonder why I'm stuck with such strange boys all the time. Siobhan grew up in a wealthy family who had it's own set of rules and it's own set of problems. Her parents were strict. Well not so much strict as they were insane and kind of abusive. She has very little memories of this time. She was only a child after all... maybe 4... maybe 5? She can't really remember anymore. All she really remembers is her brother carrying her in a red wagon away. She remembers laying down in the cold red wagon with a blanket and a teddy bear as her only real belongings. They had to get out.
The two were picked up by a traveling circus. If not for the grace of the Ringmaster they would have been shipped back to their parents. She forged new identities for the two. They took her last name and became a part of the circus family. That was how she grew up. That was how she learned everything. That is how she also learned that boys are so dumb.
Once the circus was forced to disband she joined Jester's Den. It was where some of the other members of the circus ended up. They would accept anyone... even a young girl and her big brother. She wants to be strong. She wants to be strong like her. Like the woman who took them in when she had no reason or need to. The person who gave her a family and a home.
