| It's Valentines! Percy has prepared for this. He has been seeing this cute wonderful girl named Ling for quite a while now, and he couldn't be happier. He has hefted several gift items from the shop. Cheesy as it may be, he's going to be extra for the day and give it to her--right at the observatory, on a particularly starry night. He knows Ling might enjoy the library more, but he figures he might at least bring her to new locations. So he's at a cafe near the observatory, waiting for his date. He is dressed casual--jeans and a long sleeves folded to the elbow. He adds an unbuttoned velvet slim fit blazer on top. His hair is gelled smoothly, with a bit of tuft left unchecked. Seraph waits, floating on a blob of water beside him, her small head adorned with an elegant red hat. It's a clear, cool night, and couples are everywhere. He can't wait to hold his beloved's hand, too. "Do you think she'll like it?" Percy says. "The chocolate, crystal, and ribbon? I should have bought more, eh?" The crystal and ribbon are tucked in his pockets, in small vintage containers. He holds the box of chocolates in one hand. Seraph shakes her head gently. She has mixed emotions about the hat, but her reflection is gorgeous and well, she can live with that. She answers her properly at her head. 'I think it's enough. Love is not measured by how much material items you give.' "True," Percy says wistfully. The fair-haired witch exhales, releasing his worry and scans the crowd before him.
