[break]bessie is just a beautiful cow. soft, long brown fur cover dark soulful eyes. like all cows she is just so cute. who doesn't think a cow is cute. those eye lashes, that wet nose, her ears! she is the perfect specimen if there ever was one. yes, she has horns and no she is not a bull. they're strictly for 1. impaling and 2. fashion. bessie is a massive heifer. weighing in at an even ton, she stands five feet tall. rarely does she present this way. bessie prefers to be as large as she is, but there is not enough space since bello has come to the city. now she mostly materializes to a size that can only be described as a mini cow ... about the size of a labrador retriever. to her annoyance, bello likes to pick her up this way. despite her sturdy build and constitution bello acts like the wind will break her.

[break]having been on born and raised on a farm, bessie is no surprise to bello. he has always been close to his family's animals. spending more than the necessary amount of time grooming, feeding, and speaking to them. bessie's familiar form comforts him. when he rubs her ears, bello can close his eyes and imagine himself in another world. bessie is a mother to him. she tries her best to acknowledge her witch's emotional and spiritual needs. left to his own devices bello operates on a purely practical level, often ignoring the building blocks of his own humanity. bessie forces him to dream a little, allows him to fall apart if he chooses to.

Earth Techniques

ROCK TRIGGER
Technique - Earth
The user pools a large amount of mana into the ground creating a seal of explosive earth magic. The seal then requires another burst of mana pushed into it that causes a quick and sudden explosion spraying the area with sharp rocks within the seal's zone of influence. Can be triggered by anyone's mana once it is set but the seal is highly volatile and can explode without warning.

PILLAR
Technique - Earth
When used, a bit of the earth juts out suddenly from the ground, forming an earthen pillar. Can have a variety of uses, but inexperienced witches won’t be able to create sturdy or very high structures using this, instead being able to jut out rocks or the like.

BREAK FLOW
Scroll - Purification
Break flow can be used to attempt to disrupt a spell that is in progress, cutting off the control of mana flow from a witch. It can end up causing more problems than if the spell was allowed to be completed, however, so knowledge of the specific spell the purifier is trying to interrupt is essential.

RSM-LAMP
Scroll - Purification SYN Can synthesize as REUSABLE items
These lamps, easily identified by the long, orange-liquid filled glowing cylinders at their top, are objects designed specifically for rupture stabilization. The purifying properties of these lamps only effect its surroundings when met by a point of extreme mana instability, only attainable by a rupture. Though inexperienced witches may be able to create lamps which are effective against older, more stable ruptures, only an experienced witch's RSM-lamps will have any effect against a freshly formed rupture.

Scroll - Purification
Instead of reverting mana flow back into its natural state, a purifier is able to give it a nudge in another direction should purification prove too arduous a task, or simply as a temporary measure. While fledglings are unlikely to do more than alter the flow of mana through an enchanted object for a few seconds at most, more advanced users are able to withstand the continual strain of redirecting mana for a more significant period of time, channeling it into an easier path for them to decipher and purify.

COVEN TRINKET - Silvertongue Fledgling (unused)
A magically enchanted, never-ending hourglass that fits in your palm. This object was given upon being accepted into Silvertongue. Though it seems like a simple keepsake, this item will serve as your character’s lifeline in the face of imminent peril. When the bearer’s mana reaches critical levels, all items made similarly will begin to glow as a mass signal is sent to witches of your coven, allowing them to come to your aid should anything happen. May be used once to escape death.
