She might have a cold as ice familiar, but there is nothing warmer than Asha’s heart. She’s compassionate, kind, and loves people with genuine and raw interest. She’s the kind of person that enjoys steadily breaking apart someone’s shell and she has the stubbornness to pull it off about 90% of the time. That, an her natural charisma draws friends towards her like flies to a garbage truck-- okay, bad comparison. She's excitable and open to new things, and generally just wants to have a good time and learn more about different people. To her friends, she's incredibly loyal. But she also loathes being tied down to one friendship, and doesn't like when friends attempt to force their ideas of friendship onto her. She's a cheerleader through and through, and she'll be your support regardless of the situation. She's biased to her friends and loves spending time with them, but she does need space to make more friends and talk with other people. She's only been in Sundial for about a year and a half though, so her friends are likely scattered around here and there. She's always up for a conversation, though.[break][break]



Unfortunately, she’s also got quite the long list of values and will not hesitate to stand up to and make an enemy of anyone that she deems is unjust, corrupted, or cruel. She’s naive, headstrong and sometimes just lacks foresight. She’s also extremely independent and loathes when people attempt to coddle, label or disregard her. She’s fervid, opinionated and audacious beyond belief and it’ll come as no surprise if she steps on a couple dozen toes. Oh, and she can also be unknowingly manipulative, often emotionally blackmailing people or showing some characteristics of a toxic friend if she doesn't get what she wants. Her motto is sort of "it's not manipulation if I'm being genuine" and it's quite subtle, but people might pick up on it anyway. That being said, if anyone wrongs her she'll either be very vocal and confrontational, or she'll ignore it in favor of their redeeming qualities. If she doesn't know you, she'll call you out. But if she knows you, or even thinks she knows you, she'll assume the best. Always, until proven so horribly wrong she has no choice but to create an intervention. She hasn't really been tested this far yet, so feel free to make an enemy of her. [break][break]


Love is what, exactly? A young and untainted soul, Asha has never really been in a relationship. She has had tonnes of crushes before, though, and she has a penchant for chasing after whatever is unavailable at the moment. For example, she'd be the kind of chase after celebrities or revel in cute forbidden romances. She has no idea what anything beyond a crush is like, and she's probably susceptible to having crushes, or even to people liking her. If someone likes her, she will know. So far in her little life, she hasn't liked any of her admirers back and has used her social skills to effortlessly reschedule and redirect. It's been working so far. She doesn't really think love will catch up to her anytime soon, but feel free to hit me up. After all, this kind of thing usually stems from the most unexpected of roots.

Julius does not care for people that don't push boundaries. It's that simple. His definition of friendship isn't emotional support or validation- he has enough of an ego for two fully grown human beings. He is someone that likes to talk and if you can talk and keep up then he doesn't really care about who you are, where you're from, what you've done or seen or felt. He befriends anyone that puts up a fair amount of fun wordplay and interesting conversations and seeks the company of opinionated people. To his friends, he's simply wonderful company because of the amount of spontaneity and the severe lack of inhibition he brings to the table. He's not too picky about his friends, so as long as you're not too sensitive or boring for his tastes. His friends are subject to sass and insults from time to time, but he's also surprisingly selfless and doesn't mind giving things freely. That being said, he is not the kind that will be on your side because you're his friend. He is always on the side of his own logic, opinions or (lol) morals, so don't expect him to stand up for you if he thinks you're in the wrong.

Breathes in. Julius is cheeky, sassy and does not comprehend emotions in any way shape or form. He is way too zealous to be a hedonist but way too apathetic to be anything else. He doesn't feel the need to be nice to people and doesn't apologize for anything unless you're his friend. Julius enjoys provoking people,
and loves messing around. He says hurtful things and will oppose your argument just to hear the sound of his own voice. In otherwords, he probably has a lot of enemies. It takes a specific kind to make him hate back though-- Julius only really hates people who are rich, believe strongly in the current system,
and refuse to bend to logic. He dislikes pushovers and whiny people, but truly loathes those that are granted immunity based on wealthy or social standing. He dislikes most forms of authority and is willing to pick a fight (magical or otherwise) quite easily. He likes provoking people. It's a hobby.[break][break]


Currently in a loving (lmao) relationship with cassidy wolfe . He's still a terrible flirt though pls fuck them up. He needs like a lot of exes like boy this boy has been around. Having spent the late protion of his teens depressed and his early twenties making bad decisions, it's probably a given that he has humanoid mistakes as well. He's the kind of guy you get into a relationship with and the first one week to a month is just amazing and then suddenly you start talking about moving in and he's like ahaha whoops who are you again? Commitment is scary. He's low-key scared of Cassidy in that regard. Their relationship has been okay so far, though it's only been officialized recently.But I need angst so don't hesitate if you have a plot offer!

People have got to calling her that recently: "friend"-- Isadora has adapted to the demands of society,
and now dubs whoever buys her chocolate and lets her chill at their place a 'friend.' Isadora is a good 'friend' in that regard because she doesn't ask too many questions as long as you don't either. If you can keep up with some playful banter and if you stay out of business that's not yours, you're enough of a friend. Isadora doesn't really believe in going beyond that or showing weakness to people, so it's unlikely she'll trust anyone more. She'd be loyal if someone did break the barrier, but she would also still need 'her space'- she's quite a demanding introvert, you see. That being said, her mind has slowly opened up towards companionship. If you don't mind her plays of hot and cold and her troublesome nature, it's worth a shot. [break][break]


It's best to leave her in her own world, trust me. When she speaks it's always either playful, mindless flirting or those insults that aren't really so insulting or are so without seeming so. Don't try to provoke her because there's not an ounce of hesitation in her whole being, and she will act immediately against you however she can. And don't get in her way, because that counts as provoking. There's little to no redemption left here, basically. Isadora loves to toy and inflict injury to anything innocent or self-righteous, and loves being the little dark cloud in the world. It's some kind of sickened self-gratification, but she doesn't mind making enemies. Isadora is almost always triggered and prickly, but it's difficult to truly get a pissed off reaction out of her. If you persist long enough, her pride will bend and she might be willing to dish out more than just cleverly worded insults.

Isadora has never truly fallen in love. Lust has tangled her ties many times and is likely to always do so, considering that she's no stranger to a man's body or woman's, but love itself has thankfully never set foot in her life. She's probably slept around, but she usually makes it very clear she's not interested in anything more than brief company. It's not necessary for all her meetings to have gone so clean, however, and future meetings could lead to anything. She has a future relationship with Eliza planned, but anything can happen now, could have happened before, or might happen in the future. So let me know what you're thinking!

The album begins with the protagonist, Nikki, in a hospital. He lies in a near catatonic state, unable to remember anything but snippets from his past. Suddenly, Nikki's memories come flooding back in a torrent. He remembers how, as a heroin addict and would-be political radical frustrated with contemporary society due to the economic inequality, corruption, and hypocrisy around him, he was manipulated into joining a supposed secret organization dedicated to revolution. At the head of this organization is a mysterious political and religious demagogue known only as Dr. X, who manipulates Nikki through a combination of his heroin addiction and brainwashing techniques to become an assassin.[break][break]


Whenever Dr. X uses the word "mindcrime", Nikki becomes his docile puppet, a state which Dr. X uses to command Nikki to undertake any murder that the Doctor wishes. Through one of Dr. X's probable associates, a corrupt priest named Father William, Nikki is offered the services of a prostitute-turned-nun named Sister Mary. Through his friendship and growing affection toward Sister Mary, Nikki begins to question the nature of what he is doing, seeing that Dr. X has his own nefarious agenda. Dr. X takes notice and, seeing a potential threat in Mary to his cult of personality, orders Nikki to kill both her and the priest. Nikki goes to Mary's church and kills the priest, but, after confronting Mary, he fails to comply with the command to murder her. He and Mary decide to leave the organization together, and Nikki goes to Dr. X to tell him that they are out. Dr. X, however, reminds Nikki that he is an addict, and that he is the one who can provide him with his daily fix. Nikki leaves, conflicted and uncertain, and he returns to Mary only to find her dead.[break][break]


Nikki cannot cope with the loss, as well as the possibility that he himself may have killed her without knowing it (whether her death occurred at his hand or at the hand of someone else such as Dr. X is left deliberately ambiguous), and he begins to succumb to insanity. He runs through the streets calling her name. The police arrive and attempt to subdue him. A gun is found on Nikki, and they take him into custody under suspicion of Mary's murder and the murders he committed for Dr. X. Suffering from an almost complete loss of memory, Nikki is put into a mental hospital, where he sees a news report on the recent spree of political homicides. This jogs his memory and returns us to the beginning where he remembers what has happened and begins to tell his story.
